Oolong is a part-fermented tea which means it sits between green and black tea in flavour and strength. But this is so much more than a halfway house, this tea should be savoured.
Taiwan is the home of great oolong teas and the Tung Ting mountain is where this standout oolong is produced. A complex fruity flavour over a smooth, mellow green-tea like base.
