Friendly Soap was founded by a family and even as it has grown, it continues to follow that family-led value. They make completely vegan and cruelty free products that are for the entire house, not just your body. They are the brand that we have stocked for the longest, and we definitely aren't planning on changing that!

Delivery and shipping can incur an additional cost, as to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, we endeavour to deliver in person, but where that is not possible, we will use a courier. This will generally be Royal Mail.

If you would like to return your products or bundle then send us an email at orders@yourhomeyourworld.co.uk, and we will arrange a postage label for you to send your order back, and where necessary issue a refund. For more information on this, then please see our Refunds Policy.
